Tavik Frantisek Simon

T. F. Simon (1877 - 1942) is the founder of the Association of Czech Graphic Hollar and one of the best Czech graphic at all. His virtuosity stands out especially in granular etching - akvatintě, which combined with a soft cover and drypoint. At the exhibition are on display picturesque Prague motifs, corners of Paris, London, war-torn Rennes, Amsterdam, New York, Ceylon, Japan ... except graphics are exposed to the great paintings - oil, that the atmosphere we breathe fading Impressionism and Art Nouveau decorativism turn century.
