Czech Art Nouveau

12/07/2007–16/09/2007

Traditionally the summer months appear in the Bethlehem Chapel Gallery The works of artists from the Art Nouveau period. Occupies the largest area of exposure of original lithographic posters by Alphonse Mucha. Represented are the most popular decorative paneau time of day or flowers, but also lesser-known posters of Mucha Czech exhibition in the Regional Ivančice or the Choral Society of Moravian Teachers. Equally interesting are the proposals for posters advertising Cuba Louis - tea, chicory. Poster chicory Cuba was made for the family of his classmate to study in Munich, Vasily Kandinsky. While talking about secession of the majority, as defined by the early nineties of the 19th century and the period around 1910, some authors such as Franz Kupka and Vojtech Preissig transformed Art Nouveau artistic expression to his own style, in a spirit formed long after.
